Barrier BM 1000 Series
Heavy sound insulating layer of PVC plastic. Insulation of the engine compartment of tractors, construction equipment, trucks, cars and boats. Improvement of airborne sound reduction in single and double walls.
Can be glued with contact adhesive, type Bostik 1782 or similar.

Barrier Mat ISM 75
Insulation ISM 75 consists of a flexible, thermoformable heavy layer based on EVA and inorganic fillers. ISM 75 is halogen free.
The barrier mat is fitted directly against the surface to be insulated using double-sided tape or mechanical fastening.
ISM-75-S is equipped with self-adhesive backing for easy application. Can also be thermoformed to fit the irregular surface. Possible to bend.

Barrier Mat BPL
Barrier BPL consists of a flexible heavy layer based on bitumen and inorganic fillers. BPL is equipped as standard with adhesive backing for easy application.

Barrier mat Superflex
Superflex SF 75 consists of a flexible heavy film on the basis of rubber, thermoplastic resins and inorganic fillers. Superflex SF 75 is free from halogens (chlorine, bromine, etc.), lead, bitumen and crude aromatic oils. Superflex SF-75 is more flexible than cold BM1000 series.

Swedac Powerflex
Swedac Powerflex was developed together with a supplier of insulating mats when we received several inquiries regarding insulating mats suitable for the marine sector.
We made a fire tests at SP and took out approvals by Bureau Veritas.
- Swedac Powerflex was produced in various thicknesses / weights to meet different requirements for sound insulation. Currently stocked 50FF (5kg / m2) and 150FF (15kg / m2). 100FF (10kg / m2) is taken home by the large requests.
- Swedac Powerflex has over the years been used for marine applications with good results. Powerflex has also been used as pipe insulation in environments where there are demands for a “neat” surface layer.
- Powerflex FF consists of a flexible heavy film on the basis of rubber, thermoplastic resins and inorganic fillers with surface layers of reinforced aluminum foil.
- Powerflex FF is free of halogens (chlorine, bromine, etc.), lead, bitumen and crude aromatic oils.

Floor mat GM-1340
Durable checker plate rubber mat with spacers made of polyethylene foam.
